There are certainly days when you don't feel like spending long periods of time on how to deal with that annoying lineup in Arena. As such, might I recommend NPC Challenge quick matches?

The feature has been implemented for quite a while, but some players might overlook it, especially if it's been a while since you started playing Epic 7 again after playing on launch day.

In Arena, simply navigate to NPC challenge, choose the team you want to obliterate with your overpowered team. Select Challenge, and you will be brought to the next screen. Don't start yet! Enable quick match (or disable it, whichever floats your boat, ig) by clicking on the lightning bolt icon next to the start icon. Afterwards, enjoy instant victory!

Of course, you will still wanna tackle Arena manually with real players, if you wish to seek mastery of your characters (or really just want that sweet Arena ranking Skystones/Mystic Bookmarks), so play manual whenever you can, and reserve those quick match chances for when you're feeling lazy to hit that daily arena quota or have had your fill of manual battles.

Quick match also works with real player lineups, but only use it if you're absolutely confident with you're line-up!
