We would like to thank all Heirs for your continued support of Epic Seven.
In order to ensure smooth game operation and improve our services, Abandoned Accounts will be deleted. Please refer to the details below for more information.
■ Advance Notice Regarding the Abandoned Account Policy
1. Accounts Subject to Deletion: Guest accounts with Character Rank Lv. 30 or below that have not logged in between January 1, 2025 and March 29, 2026.
* Character information and character nicknames deleted in accordance with the Abandoned Account Policy cannot be restored.
* Accounts with a paid purchase history will be excluded from deletion.
* For details regarding the Abandoned Account Policy, please refer to: [Epic Seven Operation Policy]
2. Deletion Schedule: Deletions will be carried out sequentially after the maintenance on 4/2 (Thu)
Heirs who do not wish for their accounts to be deleted are kindly asked to log in before 3/29 (Sun).
We will continue to do our best to provide better service.

I tried numerous times to get you to help me retrieve my other account last year, which was way better in 6 mo, than this is in 9 mo...sure perhaps its hoggin space, but id rather have it back

Will old accounts that haven’t logged into the game for many years be deleted as well? If they are, that would be very good news because I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. I have an account from when the EU server had just launched, but I stopped playing within the first 1–2 years. The email used to log in was deleted, so I can no longer access the game. Now 5–6 years have passed. I really want to use that original name again, but the account is still there, so I can’t reuse the name. If that account gets deleted, I’ll finally be able to use my old name again. I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time. I hope it gets removed.
Abandoned accounts should be kept out of guild wars/arena, regardless of level or spending. At least put a tight limit on em.
Since inactive names are being cleared, can we get a 50% discount on Name Change Tickets? Or maybe a free one as a 7-day login reward? That would be amazing ♡
Good. I thought this was already the case, but either way it is good to clear up wasted accounts, and it is not exactly used accounts that get deleted, just unbound + unused.
Please give us another notice after deletion with stats of how many accounts were deleted per server. Very curious :O
