Guild War Mission Issues

I'm a new player and I'm having trouble with the beginner quest "Complete a Guild War". But the biggest problem is how to complete this quest?

The truth is, I couldn't contribute anything to the guild war. I couldn't place defensive formations on the towers, and I couldn't attack enemy towers.

I asked many people and I got the answer that I needed the guild leader's permission to participate in those areas if I was strong enough. I don't know if this information is true or not, but it's really too much for a new player who has already completed the beginner quests. Is this really true?

In previous versions I played, I had complete freedom in guild war matters without encountering such problems. I don't know if I misunderstood or if the current version of Guild War has changed. If the Guild War rules have truly changed, why give such an overwhelming mission to a new player? Do you think they're strong enough to earn the leader's trust? I haven't even mentioned the issue of relationships and competition with veteran players, and even though we play alone, we don't know many people to ask to join just because it's labeled as a "mission completion."

Finally, I want to add that I've participated in Guild Wars and the battle is nearing its end, and I've also received 3 Mystic Medals, but the quest isn't complete yet. Does that mean I have to participate in Tower Wars and place defensive formations on the towers?

So you need a guild preferably an active one. Then the guild leader or vice captains need to assign you to a tower.

Before you are assigned you need to make 2 teams of three heroes.

Once that is done then you can participate in a guild war.

I understand what you're saying. But the problem is I'm not strong enough to gain the guild leader's trust. I always have my team ready, but it never gets approved. You know, I need to add heroes focused on PvE; I don't have enough PvP heroes to complete this quest.
