[Issues] 2/20(Fri) Repeated Patch Download Issue Notice (Resolved) [86]

The following issues were discovered in the game on 2/20 (Fri). Please see below for more detailed information.
1. In some environments, the patch may not proceed normally, resulting in an abnormal termination of the app.
→ (Added) We have confirmed that the same issue persists in certain environments.
If you are experiencing this problem, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please completely uninstall and reinstall the app.
→ (2/23 10:00) The issue has now been fixed. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.

How about making a game smaller? Back to the size it was before? I figured it myself that re-installing might solve this patching thing BUT I encountered another issue in the middle of it... Now I can't install the game on my tablet because installation process needs a lot more memory than the game actualy requires. And so I decided to give it and a STOVE client a go on PC , which is a great idea overall, but the game barely works there. Trying to claim heart of orbis, trying to open a covenant banner to make a free pull(yeah, all other banners don't have issues), trying to start a match in arena, sometimes getting to the final screen after completing an episode - all these actions cause the game to close. I hope, at the very least, you'll make PC version working properly.
You said resolved but not for everyone...
Before that patch i never experiencing problem.
Now i tryed what you said, uninstall app and re-download many times, i even clear cache, reboot phone several time and now after downloading the game on play store and download the 7.7Gb, when it ask click to enter in game the app crash and after that when i opening the app, it keep crashing on launch. (The app start 6sec and crash instantly and got a message from my phone who said the problem is from the app and have to contat the support of the app)
It's been now 5 days i can't start the game....

I have exactly the same issue. It is impossible for me to play on my phone. I have tryed everything, I've updated, reinstalled, and even formatted my phone, but nothing works. The game crashes on the home screen.
I am desperately waiting for an update so that I can reinstall a version that no longer crashes.
It took you, SmileGate, 3 days to fix. People lost weekly quest rewards (at least 2 gold stones), daily rewards (195 gems and other resources), points for gear event (18k+) with negative effect across PvP activities. Do you plan any compensation?
I cant play the game. The application keep crashing. Uninstalling and clearing cache do not solve the issue.
Unfortunately clearing the cache or fully uninstalling is only a temporary fix, it will happen again either after a few hours or when you log out and back in, such as turning off your device and back on again
Was doing it last week, I deleted and redownloaded the game and it was fixed. Now it's happening again. Can't keep reinstalling the game every few days...
How is this still not fixed?
3 days unable to login. missing out around 21k points for the the build my gear event. just now able to login again for a few minutes to grind my dailies but i got logged out again due to connection issues
Are you guys being serious right now? This is not the answer, and it seems like the bug is persistent even after deleting and reinstalling. do a proper emergency patch and fix it, don't answer with a lazy solution. The game started to have many connection issues and now this. Do a proper fix not a temporary one
I have downloaded and reinstalled complete, this problem persists. Is so bad now that I cannot play. Fix it!
Can't log in due to this.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting the app, signing out and back in, and restarting my iPhone, but the keeps sending me back to the log in screen for an update, but it never downloads the update. I honestly don’t know what else to do, but I haven’t been able to access the app all weekend which means that I can’t complete my weekly tasks.

Reinstalled and after the installation of japanese voice pack the problem poped up again

This bug has kicked me out of almost every-other RTA match I have had and has made me lose points because of it.Very disappointing that it’s not fixed an we are probably gonna get nothing more then a few leaves or coins for such a bad bug. Don’t get me wrong leaves are nice and the bug is not game breaking for some players, but I personally believe we the players deserve more and better quality if you the company expect us to spend our time an money on your game. Especially considering the new summon system that requires you to spend more currency then usual to benefit from.
Not sure if it helps anyone but I went to change servers and chose the same server without switching. Didn't experience the bug since then.

Uninstalling the game won't help; the problem returns after closing it.
I am still having the same problem even after a uninstall/ reinstall. . Using iPad. iOS 26.3 . Every time after the game crashes or when I try to I switch accounts I’m getting the “patch update“ loop

yes, I'm stuck in patch update limbo just restarting the game as soon as I log in
Just wait a minute or two before entering the game; it should be fine after that. If it doesn't work, wait a bit longer. It worked for me after 2 minutes sometimes, and other times it took 5.
