Fix critical chance 16,8% to 17,0% (SSS imprint)

Hello

Please fix critical chance imprint from 16,8% to 17,0% for concerned heroes with SSS imprint....

It makes no sense to build heroes with optimal gear and have 99,8% critical chance for example.
