Hello, I purchased the "Sword Monarch 2" special pack, but I can't receive the series purchase bonus! The activation button is disabled. Please help me resolve this issue. Logan8800/Korea

Yeah as d34thscyth34 said you need to buy the pack 2 more times before you can get the free stuff
You have to buy "Sword Monarch 2" special pack 3x, it literally says there.
