My id just dissapeared [1]
Tried to play like usual last week but when i tried to login my id via facebook i cant find my lv 70 account instead there are no account/id that registered in it, so i press on the usual server i played in it takes me to beginning cutscene as if i never use this account before (like a new player/fresh account). I never press delete or reset server ever so i looked for my id in the add friend list and its still there (the last login date matches the date when i face this error, indicating that it wasnt hacked or someone playing it). I send the inquiry through email and they said there has been problem with facebook login before and suggest to log out then login again to solve the problem but to no success on my side, then asked if i want to transfer account to stove and i say yes please, then proceed to give my information of my account authenticity (heir name, first login, last login, prove of purchase receipt, etc) to prove that was indeed my account but until now i hqvent received any confirmation that it was indeed an error/bug, or is my count retrievable again or not? Been playing since day 1, thinking i might lose my account i worked hard on has been soul crushing, also the slow response time is killing me, its been week now without any reply regarding my problem. I dont know what to do anymore any suggestion to help a fellow heir? Anyone face same problem?

Sadly it will take a few days before they reply. Customer support doesn't work on weekends. At the earliest it will be roughly 36 hours after posting this is when they'll be back to help.
