[GM] Notice for the Arena Matchmaking System Error (1/14 08:00 Added) [30]
Hello, Heirs. This is GM Dominiel.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our Heirs due to the Arena matchmaking system error that occurred following the non-maintenance patch on 1/6 (Tue).
■ Cause of the Issue
The non-maintenance patch conducted on 1/6 (Tue) 14:00 UTC was intended to fix an issue where Guild matchmaking was not functioning properly. However, it has been confirmed that an unintended file was included during the patch process, causing errors in the matchmaking logic and ranking displays for both the Arena and Guild War.
■ Direction of Follow-up Measures
To ensure fair competition for all Heirs, all Arena-related records generated from the time the error occurred will be adjusted to the state prior to the error.
During this adjustment process, all currencies used for Arena play will be returned.
Additionally, rewards obtained through Arena play will be retrieved and changed so that they can be acquired again.
Please see below for more details. The schedule for these actions will be announced separately at a later time.
■ Notice Regarding Follow-up Measures for the 1/6 (Tue) Arena Matchmaking System Error
1. Planned Actions
① Adjustment of Arena Victory Points
- Victory Points will be adjusted to the amount held prior to the error.
② Return of Currencies Used for Arena Play
- Flags used during the error period will be returned.
- If you purchased Flags using Skystone to play Arena during the error period, the used Skystone will be returned.
- If you purchased Flags using Friendship Points to play Arena during the error period, the used Flags will be returned.
③ Retrieval of Rewards for Reaching a New League
- Rewards acquired for reaching Leagues for the first time in Arena during the period in which the error occurred will be retrieved. Further details will be provided at a later date.
- We will provide further information via a separate notice regarding reward distribution for reaching Leagues again after the retrieval.
* During the retrieval process, if the amount of Skystone you currently possess is less than the amount to be retrieved, your Skystone balance will display as a negative value.
④ Return of Gold Used for Refresh
- All Gold used for Refresh after the error occurred will be returned.
⑤ Retrieval of Conquest Points
- All Conquest Points acquired after the error occurred will be retrieved.
* During the retrieval process, if the amount of Conquest Points you currently possess is less than the amount to be retrieved, your Conquest Point balance will display as a negative value.
⑥ Arena Pass Progression
- Please note that there will be no separate adjustments made regarding Arena Pass progression achieved after the error occurred.
2. Schedule (1/14 08:00 Added)
- Arena play/refresh currency redistribution schedule: 1/19 (Mon) 03:00 UTC — 2/2 (Mon) 02:59 UTC
- Arena League Promotion Rewards and Conquest Points deduction schedule: These adjustments will be carried out during the 1/29 (Thu) maintenance. Further details will be provided in the 1/29 (Thu) patch notes.
We have prepared the following compensation with our sincerest apologies to Heirs who experienced inconvenience due to this issue.
1. Distribution Period: 1/8 (Thu) 09:00 – 1/22 (Thu) 08:59 UTC
2. Compensation: 30 Leif, 300 Conquest Points

Here SG goes again with a fk up on one of the other games they also fk up. Gives dumb compensation and stupid "solution". Just leave the players alone and move forward to make sure you dont fk up and give the players who did nothing the RIGHT compensation, lots of people missed out on almost 200+ mystics thats a $20 pack, that is 4 summons for a banner ML5*. What does reverting even do if you aren't even giving a sizable reward for those who quiet literally did nothing and still got fkd with gw rewards and arena. You messing up the files punished the regular players. I swear Korean companies need to stop making multiplayer games. Every company and every game is just terribly managed by them. Learn from the Chinese and Japanese companies. This is pathetic how many years theyve been doing this across multiple titles that could of been better games had a different non Korean management team worked on the fkn game.
3rd league jump...no skystones bonus...please look into this sg
Ive gone up 2 ranks, perhaps the first because you knocked back, no skystone...but also the 2nd, no skystone...i dont think your fix, is fixed
If you ever fix gw...can you fix the hero wheel? Every time i log in, it reverts to 'compact view' and ' team heroes first'

Remove that useless, punshing DeRanking! Only attackers should have the effect of loosing, winning points. The defender stays untouched (Up to champ V only) above it is as it is atm). Then Champ V can sit and chill, while fighters can battle themself. No more derankings needed for Ch.V and below.
Last season I had 200 attacks in a few hours and dropped without the chance to get back. Thats pure pun7shment with totally no fun, so fix Arena in a way it can stay untouched (in sourcecode) and prevents such big bugs.

when is arena opening
Just remove rank requirement, it sucks. I can bet that so much players using this bug got 5750 points or even more but still can't get legend 1 because they're not rank 1. Good luck with fixing.
My fault? why i can't play arena , if i can play arena again at 22/1 . 2 week 800skystone per week and Conquest point per day in arena but you gift me 30leif,300Conquest point? what ?Can you refund my money to top-up for buy skystone? That's your fault not mine.

Wanneer kunnen we nu weer Arena spelen in Epic Seven? Hier wordt helemaal niks over vermeld. Ik wil graag verder spelen maar dat kan niet omdat ik geen Arena battles kan doen.

Instead of taking back the first-time rewards, why don't you adjust it so it's actually attainable by regular players? I climbed to top 3 right after weekly point reset but can't even get the Legend first-time rewards due to the lack of points, it's impossible.

Try if draft arena fights count to this.
