I need help, i cant do the last level of episode 2 - chapter 3, my game stay freez.

i was on android when i found out this bug.
things I'vet tried : 
- delete cache on my xiami POCO F8

- test the game on PC but same problem

i think my problem is related to my account please help me if you can.
