1. Side Story, "Echoes of Fading Starlight" Update
Hecate is the reaper and princess of Tartarus.
While hunting down blasphemers who refuse their destined death, she encounters a girl nearing the end of her fate...
Hecate's Side Story, "Echoes of Fading Starlight," will be available.

■ Side Story Guide
- Unlock Condition: Clear Episode 1, Stage 6-8. For Hope
- Hecate's Side Story, "Echoes of Fading Starlight," will not be added to the Hero Story, Journal, or Chronicles after the Exchange limit period ends.
- Clear Side Story stages, reputations, and quests, and obtain event currency that can be exchanged for items!
[Event Currency]

* The remaining event currency will be removed once the Exchange period expires.
[Enhanced Heroes]
Buffs | Hero |
Lead Hero Buff, +30% Attack, +30% Health | Hecate |
* Enhanced Heroes will have increased stats in the Side Story stages.
* Lead Hero Buff (Unique Effect): When a Side Story has a Lead Hero, regardless of the Hero's actual stats, the Lead Hero will become level 60, fully Awakened, and have max skill levels.
[Stage Difficulty]
- Players may select a difficulty level after successfully clearing Stage 10. Guillotine of Ruin.
- Players may select a higher difficulty after successfully clearing the one before it.
- As the difficulty progresses, the amount of Energy needed to play will increase as well as the amount of event currency earned.
[MolaGora Habitat & Goblin's Den]
- Completing Stage 10. Guillotine of Ruin unlocks "S. Goblin's Den" and "S. MolaGora Habitat."
- Players can complete each stage only once during the Side Story period.
[Exchange]
- Players will be able to exchange the event currency, Blasphemer's Soul, for various items in the Exchange.
2. Fenne & Proof of Love Drop Rate Up
In this Drop Rate Up event, meet Fenne, an Ice elemental Soul Weaver who sacrifices her own Health, inflicting injuries on herself when using attack skills, and increases stats and damage dealt proportional to the caster's injuries. Players can also obtain the Soul Weaver exclusive Artifact, Proof of Love, which increases Critical Hit Chance, and after a Single Attack, a Critical Hit inflicts injuries equal to damage dealt.

3. Other Improvements and Adjustments
■ Side Story
- Reputation and Quest Rewards, as well as Exchange items and purchase limits, will be increased.
- The amount of event currency obtainable from stages will be increased.
* Side Stories for Heroes released prior to the "Echoes of Fading Starlight" Side Story will not be affected by these improvements.

Sg if you read these....why does gearing a unit, ,'equip all' now wants to put on geats that lower proper stats or just plain ruins the unit...it usex to be a mostly reliable way to maybe put in newly rolled gear...now it minda wants to wreck them or if a right stat wants to put one on that like 30 over the max stat
Maybe you dont know....why is there like a 10 second freeze when 1) tryin to enter an arena fight and 2) promoting heroes
Why on earth do you feel the need to always change ui?... the gear selection part...does some seem more intricate, sure, but you again, made the process take longer and messed up the ease of selecting and checking different options of separate pieces, especially pieces you dont want to take off another unit....now its a pita AND,it still took off a piece from a unit that i 'x'd off anyways

Where is the holiday lobby?
I don't think it was properly tested how hecate would function after her nerfs. She is a hindrance for t2 players while not being fast enough to fit comfy in aggro/cleave. Right now she is just a passive bot. That may change with the new set or she will still die turn 1. Either way is bad as having one "RIGHT" build I feel is poor design.
Nerfing Hecate prior to her release wasn't a good decision (listening to a portion of the community).
She will become better with the Warfare set, but might still be lackluster for a limited character.
If anything, she could use the effect from the Tower device to lift her up, but we shall see.
Install New Year tree into lobby! How many long you want to wait??? Is one week before happy new year!
Pls buff hecate, she so weak and easy to kill and why she scale with attack when she cant crit ? and what with the skill cooldown on her s3 ? it do no damage whatsoever. She need to scale with hp or have some survivability, that stealth on the second turn do nothing. she have one job and cant even do it right because she die before she even get a turn to kill someone. please adjust her kit and buff her. This is the second miss* limited character after red sigret. what a let down SG.
Dude, she ignores Defense. Let her crit and she'll be TOO strong. Besides, even if she did crit, she'd be VERY stat-hungry. I'm not denying she needs some kind of work, but giving her crit isn't the way. Also Red Sigret isn't a letdown. Not to some of us at least.
LumenhardtYes that stat-hungry part is what get me, also Red Sigret isn't let down to "some of you" mean the majority is not fond of her. she needs to have some more adjustment, fear is a fake CC.
Proof that S. Korea is Nihilistic. Christmas is dead because in their "God is Dead". He gets in the way of greed, righteousness & fairness as well as creating solutions (that can only be purchased) to their self created problems. He expects high moral and ethical excellence. So why should Smile-gate and the devs at E-7 celebrate the birth of Christ or wish players a "Merry Christmas" when they clearly worship the god of self indulgent greed?
...And what does this have to do with the patch?
