Let's take a look at what we have in store for you in this week's update.

The update details provided in this notice are subject to change.

Players will be able to view these updates after the maintenance on 12/18 (Thu).

1. Side Episode: Aki Update

The fifth restored world. Diene, a shepherd girl from the northern frontier of Ezera, treats a wounded black wolf she meets in the dark forest. Through this connection, she becomes a Spirit Lord Inheritor and embarks on a journey toward the World Tree...

[Entry Conditions]

Clear Episode 1, Chapter 6, "For Hope"

[PV]

- You can obtain 1 Leif by watching the PV in [Event > Aki Side Episode: An Elegy for a Dying Flame > An Elegy for a Dying Flame].

- Schedule: 12/18 (Thu) after the maintenance – 1/8 (Thu) 02:59 UTC

[Episode Progression Heroes]

- Heroes that can be used in the Side Episode: Aki - "An Elegy for a Dying Flame" will be added.

- These Heroes can be used even if you do not own them, and their stats may differ from the actual obtainable Heroes.

[Story Journal]

- The unlocked Chapters 1-4 will be added to [Story Journal > Side Episode: Aki - "An Elegy for a Dying Flame"].

[Illustration]

- Illustrations will be unlocked after clearing certain stages while playing through the story from the "An Elegy for a Dying Flame" Episode.

- Unlocked illustrations will be added to [Art Journal > Side Episode: Aki - "An Elegy for a Dying Flame"].

- The Background Pack "Ash Forest" will be rewarded upon completing Chapter 4. Last Flame.

[BGM]

- Illustrations will be unlocked after clearing certain stages while playing through the story from the "An Elegy for a Dying Flame" Episode.

[Other]

- The login title screen will be changed during the progress of Side Episode: Aki.

2. Seasonal Battle Content Update

Meet the battle content that runs for 3 weeks every season!

You can earn Shadow Tokens by completing missions for each battle content and purchase desired items at the Shadow Company.

* More details for each battle content will be provided in a separate notice. [Link to Seasonal Battle Content Guide]

■ Seasonal Battle Content Update Changes

- The Devices appearing in the Automaton Tower will change each season.

- You can assign Pets in the Advent Battle team, but Pet Skills will not apply.

- The item, "Epic Modification Gem Selection Chest," will be added, obtainable by clearing Advent on Epic Hell difficulty or purchasing from the Shop.

* When modifying stats using Epic Modification Gems obtained from Epic Modification Gem Selection Chests, the stats will be modified to the maximum possible value.

- Resonance Effects that increase your team's damage dealt when the Boss becomes exhausted will be added to the Hall of Trials.

* Resonance Effects are granted when assigning Resonant Heroes. If multiple Resonant Heroes are assigned, only the highest Resonance Effect applies.

- The number of times the Hall of Trials Boss can become exhausted will be reduced from 3 to 2.

- The Hall of Trials Boss Berserk turn count has been reduced from 16 turns to 11 turns.

- The Hall of Trials Exchange will be removed, and Exclusive Equipment can now be crafted in Steel Workshop > Exclusive Equipment. 

- Items previously sold at the Hall of Trials Exchange can now be purchased in Shop > Hall of Trials.

- Items available from the Trial of the Constellations Exchange may be purchased through Shop > Trial of the Constellations.

- The items available in the Shop > Trial of the Constellations will be refreshed.

■ Shadow Information Broker's Request

- You can complete requests provided by the Shadow Company by playing Seasonal Battle Content.

- By earning Shadow Tokens from completed requests, you can gain Reward Rank EXP and obtain rewards corresponding to each Rank achieved.

- The Shadow Information Broker's requests and rewards will change when the Seasonal Battle Content changes.

- Any owned Shadow Tokens will be removed when the Seasonal Battle Content changes.

■ Shadow Company

 - You can purchase items using Shadow Coins obtained from Shadow Information Broker Requests and Request Rewards.

- Items available in the Shadow Company may change along with changes to the Seasonal Battle Content.

- Any owned Shadow Coins will be removed when the Seasonal Battle Content changes.

3. Covenant Summon Wish List Update

Make a wish list of your own and enjoy increased drop rate benefits through the Covenant Summon Wish List!

■ Details

- The Covenant Summon Wish List is a feature that allows you to select a list of desired 5★ Heroes and 5★ Artifacts during Covenant Summon.

- When you obtain a 5★ Hero or 5★ Artifact from a Covenant Summon, you will receive a Hero or Artifact registered on your selected Wish List. 

- Total summon rates for base 5★ Heroes and 5★ Artifacts remain unchanged.

- 5★ Moonlight Heroes cannot be registered in the Wish List, but they are included in the summon pool and can be obtained.

[Currency]

- A new summon currency usable for Covenant Summon will be added.

4. New Limited 5★ Hero, Hecate

A royal princess from an extinguished world, who pursues those who desecrate the cycle of life, Hecate has arrived in Orbis!

5. New Limited 5★ Artifact, Tome of Life's End

■ The Warrior-exclusive 5★ Limited Artifact, Tome of Life's End will be added.

* Tome of Life's End can be obtained from the "Hecate & Tome of Life's End Limited Drop Rate Up."

6. Two New Exclusive Equipment

New Exclusive Equipment for Landy and Guard Captain Krau will be added.
Wisdom’s Gaze obtained from the Hall of Trials can be used to craft Exclusive Equipment at the Steel Workshop > Exclusive Equipment.
Stats for Exclusive Equipment are applied randomly upon creation.

7. Ancient Inheritance Season 15

Ancient Inheritance Season 15 begins now!

An entrance to the hidden dimension has been discovered, where the history of Orbis and mysterious events await you.

Embark on an exploration with fellow Guild members as you delve into the hidden dimension in "Ancient Dragon's Tomb!"

■ Schedule

Guild > Battlefield > Ancient Inheritance

■ Participation Conditions

① Guild Condition: 16 or more members

② Member Condition: Account Rank 40 or above

* Guild members who satisfy the participation condition during the Ancient Inheritance season will be able to participate immediately.

* Guilds participating in Ancient Inheritance will still be able to continue the battle even if their number of members falls below the required threshold, whether from members leaving or being removed during the event period.

* Guild members who left a Guild and joined another during the Ancient Inheritance season will have their progress and Exchange currencies reset.

* Defeating multiple Boss monsters in different Guilds will not award the players multiple Equipment rewards.

* Players who have defeated the Boss and moved to the next zone through the portal will not be able to return to the previous zone.

■ Ancient Dragon's Tomb Basic Information

- Ancient Dragon's Tomb is divided into three zones.

- The Exploration Level and Battle Level are separated and each level increases according to its respective progress.

- Both Exploration Level and Battle Level have a maximum of 10 levels each.

[Exploration Level]

- Players will be able to obtain EXP when their character moves from tile to tile or interacts with objects in Ancient Dragon's Tomb.

- As your Exploration Level increases, you can acquire various effects including deploying more Heroes to expeditions.

- The Ancient Dragon's Key, required to open treasure chests, can be obtained as a reward for reaching certain Exploration Levels.

[Battle Level]

- Upon battling with monsters, you can acquire EXP for the element that is advantageous against the monster's element.

 ㄴ Example: Winning a battle against an Earth element monster yields Fire element EXP.

- When Element Level increases, the stats of Heroes belonging to that element increase.

■ How to Proceed - Ancient Dragon's Tomb

- In the Ancient Dragon's Tomb, players need to undertake quests with their Guild members to proceed to the next zone.

- Upon completing the conditions of a quest, the following quest will begin.

- You can challenge the Boss appearing in Ancient Dragon's Tomb twice a day.

- Fulfilling the quest conditions summons a Boss. When the summoned Boss's Health drops to a certain level, they temporarily retreat, and Wardens appear to protect the Boss. After defeating all the Wardens that appear on the map, the Boss will reappear. Defeating the reappeared Boss allows you to proceed to the next zone.

■ Rewards

[Instant Rewards]

- Rewards for normal objects players discover or for defeating normal monsters in Ancient Inheritance will be given to the players immediately.

- Elite/Warden/Boss Monster battles are cooperative content where you have to join forces with other Guild members. Participation rewards will be given right after each battle.

- The Ancient Dragon's Key is required to open treasure chests and obtain rewards.

- The Ancient Dragon's Key can be obtained as a reward for reaching certain Exploration Levels, and there is a chance to acquire them as additional drops when battling normal monsters.

[Guild History Reward]

- Tap the "Notification" icon to see the Guild History in Ancient Inheritance.

- Event Tab: Information such as Elite Monster and Warden Defeat Notices, Boss Encounter/Defeat Notices, and Guild Treasure Chest Rewards will be listed in chronological order.

- Rewards from winning Cooperative Monster Battles and Guild Treasure Chests will be displayed here. Tap Receive Reward to receive the rewards.

* Guild History Rewards are given to all Guild members via Notice regardless of their participation (Excluding Elite/Warden Monsters)

* Guild members who have not entered Ancient Inheritance cannot receive the rewards.

■ Exchange

- Ancient Dream Shards collected in Ancient Inheritance can be exchanged for valuable items in the Exchange.

- Exchange will close a week after the current Ancient Inheritance season ends.

8. Epic★Pass, Heir's Memory

The Epic★Pass, "Heir's Memory" begins!

We hope you look forward to this great opportunity where you can obtain the Hero you want from the newly revamped Covenant Summon!

■ Location

- Tap the Epic Pass icon on the left side of the Lobby to enter.

- Tap the desired Epic Pass from the left list in the Epic Pass popup window.

■ How to Use

- After completing the given missions to earn Season EXP, the Season Rank will increase.

- As your Season Rank increases, you can earn a variety of rewards.

① Free Rewards: Basic rewards that can be acquired according to a player's Season Rank.

② Premium Reward: Rewards that can be acquired when the Pass is upgraded to a Premium Epic Pass.

[Season Rank & How to Obtain Season EXP]

- Complete the given missions to obtain Season EXP for the Epic Pass.

- Players can use 100 Skystone to increase their Season Rank by 1.

■ Epic Pass Upgrade

- Players can upgrade their Epic Pass to a Premium Epic Pass by using Skystone.

9. Arena 2025-4 Season Closing Information

The Arena 2025-4 Season will be coming to an end soon. 

For those who have not yet claimed their Battle Pass rewards, please view the details down below to avoid any inconvenience.

■ Arena Season Schedule

* After the 2025-4 Season ends, weekly point resets will be applied to the Emperor League and above.

■ Arena 2025-4 Season Frame Distribution

- We will give more detailed information through a separate notice.

10. Hecate & Tome of Life's End Limited Drop Rate Up

In this Drop Rate Up event, meet the Earth elemental Warrior, Hecate, who is capable of performing exceptionally against enemies with Revive and Immortality effects. Players can also obtain Tome of Life's End, a Warrior exclusive Artifact which increases damage dealt if a non-critical hit is made when attacking, and deals additional damage proportional to the caster's Attack to the target.

12. Other Improvements and Adjustments

■ Story

- The Episode Selection UI will be changed, and the unlock condition for Episodes 2, 3, 4, and 5 will be changed to clearing Episode 1, Chapter 6, "For Hope."

- Text related to characters' inner thoughts in scripts will be adjusted.

■ Tag System

- The Tag System available during Story Battles will be revamped.

- When Supporter Auto Mode is enabled, Supporters are automatically deployed if there is an empty slot in the party. The Tag function cannot be used.

- When Supporter Auto Mode is disabled, you can Tag and deploy the Supporter at any desired time. They are not automatically deployed even if there is an empty slot in the party, and you can Tag multiple times during battle.

- When a Hero leaves battle via Tag and re-enters, they return with the Health, resources, and cooldowns they had at the moment they left.

- When a Hero leaves battle via Tag, that Hero's passive effects are not applied to the battle.

- A Tag cooldown is applied upon Tagging, and the cooldown decreases by 1 turn at the start of an ally's turn.

■ Arena

- Stats for some World Arena Supported Heroes will be revamped, and Exclusive Equipment will be added.

- The Champion selection time limit in Lunatic Draft Mode will be extended from 30 seconds to 35 seconds.

- A guide popup will be added upon entering Rookie Arena for the first time.

- A guide popup and completion rewards will be added upon the end of Rookie Arena.

■ Equipment

[Equipment Recommendations]

- An Equipment Recommendations feature will be added to suggest suitable Heroes for currently unequipped +15 Equipment.

- Tapping the Change button allows you to view the Hero's stat changes upon equipping the Equipment piece.

[Manage Equipment]

- The UI will be changed to allow selecting up to 4 substats when managing Equipment.

- The Stat Priority in Manage Equipment > Recommended Equipment will be changed from 4 stages to 6 stages.

- A function to exclude temporarily equipped items from search results will be added to Manage Equipment > Recommended Equipment.

[Other] 

- You will now be able to craft Exclusive Equipment in the Steel Workshop using Wisdom's Gaze or Fate's Gaze.

- Selling Exclusive Equipment for Covenant Heroes or 4★ Moonlight Heroes will yield Wisdom's Gaze Fragments, which can be used for the guaranteed crafting of Exclusive Equipment.

- You will now be able to immediately perform guaranteed crafting for newly added Exclusive Equipment.

- A filter for 5★ Moonlight Hero Exclusive Equipment will be added to Steel Workshop > Exclusive Equipment.

- A red dot will appear on the Steel Workshop and Astral Forge buttons when you own 100 Astrium.

- A guide regarding Set Effects will be displayed when selecting a set during Equipment crafting in Steel Workshop > Astral Forge.

■ UI/UX

- In line with the Seasonal Battle update, some battle content in the Seasonal tab will be incorporated into General battle content. 

- The "Regular" tab name in the Battle Menu will be changed to “General."

- The background of the Battle Preparation screen will be changed.

■ Other

- Some missions in the Orbis Guide Weekly Reputation and Path of Heir will be changed.

- Heirs who have purchased the Expedition Premium Supply Pass will receive the Premium exclusive rewards upon their first login after the update, regardless of accumulated points.

- Rewards and missions for the Welcome Back Event for returning Heirs will be changed.

* Heirs who were already participating in the Welcome Back Event prior to the update will be able to participate in both the previous version and the updated version of the event for 30 days after the update.
- Unlock conditions for some background music tracks will be changed.
- Some Episode Album names in the Music Player will be changed.
- An issue where the additional damage effect of 5★ Hero Senya’s “Indomitable Spirit” skill was incorrectly displayed as “damage” instead of “additional damage” will be fixed.
* This was a display issue only and did not affect actual performance.
  ㄴ (Added on 12/22) This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1/8 (Thu) update. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the incorrect information. 
- An issue where the increased Speed effect of 5★ Hero Fern’s “Exceptional Magical Talent” skill was not applied upon entering the next wave after the start of battle will be fixed.
- An issue where 4★ Hero Mercedes was displayed in the Recommended Formation UI before enhancement, preventing her from being
selected after enhancement, will be fixed.
- An issue where a blank screen appears when tapping the X button on iOS devices will be fixed.
- An issue where certain graphics were displayed abnormally will be fixed.
- Certain UI and text errors will be fixed.
