Trouble launching [2]
Just got a new phone, android galaxy s25 ultra and e7 crashes when I try to launch it. Tried rebooting, updating, clearing data and cache, reinstalling etc. Nothing seems to work, even tried adjusting battery and game boost parameters. Is there a known issue?

Ok so not sure if anything changed game wise, and I didn't change anything phone wise other than uninstalling the updates to the android.system.webview in the apps in settings. But today I decided to reinstall the game and this time after downloading the 7GB data I chose use existing linked account then instead of choosing my global server account I clicked a new one Europe for me has no data yet and the game started! I went through all the intro videos etc till I could get to settings then I clicked the server drop down and selected global and game restarted and now I can load into the game in my account on main server every time.
Worth a try or let me know if they just patched it and I didn't realize 😁
I'm having the same issue. there's been a couple other posts here as well as I submitted a direct inquiry to them but haven't heard back. definitely a bug that is starting to happen to more and more people, especially with new phones.
