The gear slog is the biggest chore in this game when playing this game optimally. If we could select multiple pieces of gear to +3 or +15 at the same time it would save so much time for the players. I would be eternally grateful.

Agreed, I was about to make a post about how time-wasting it is to even upgrade a piece of gear +3 at a time because of the 2-3 second delay for the "special effects". The game can certain do without such time wasting mechanics. It adds up in the long run and seconds easily become minutes and hours, over the long run.
