The new teams systems are making me not want to play

This game had a great UI and team system prior to all of the recent changes. Having universal teams was great, because I want to be able to use the same team for multiple different content. Now every time I want to level up a new unit, I have to change the team for every piece of content. This is just a bad change overall. The UI overall is worse than it was 2 years ago. Please make it so you can have some universal teams at least. Don't expect much from these devs, but wow just bad changes coming from you guys.
