That normal dont worry you are "new player" so the game place you in the "Rookie Arena", its for help new player to take they mark etc ... i add some detail if you need from the official patch ^^

[Rookie Arena Basic Information]
- When new Heirs enter Arena for the first time, they will be placed into Rookie Arena.
- Rookie Arena will be available for two seasons after placement.
- After those two seasons, they will be transferred to the normal Arena starting with the following season.
- The highest League achievable in Rookie Arena is "Challenger".
