Fix the app crash and everytime when i open the game it keep on verifying. I need to open the game like 3 a 4 times with luck to be connected fix this
I also experience these problems like this and others that i already opened a ticket for you in their day. I constantly crash The game on both mobile and tablet every time when i play arena, or finish a GW, etc. it Is impossible for me yo play rta because crashed 2 of 3 games, its horrible,
Exactly I submitted a request on this as well. The app swap or leaving e7 app then restart / crash needs to be fixed.
Hello, I play on an iPhone and since the latest update I’ve been experiencing a very frustrating issue. Whenever I briefly minimize the game — for example, to quickly check something in Safari or reply to a message — I get a short white screen when I return to the game, and it completely restarts.
The same thing happens if I leave the game open but my phone’s display goes into the Always-On mode. As soon as I wake the screen, I see a white screen and Epic Seven restarts from the beginning.
This is really frustrating because I often switch tabs for just a few seconds, and each time the game starts over. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it myself? I’d be very grateful for any help.
Why not instead of fixing the app icon y’all fix the background refresh on iOS. Can’t swap apps or anything anymore since the most recent update, every time you do it just resets the game like you just opened it again. Pretty bad idea for modern day technology.
