The following issue has been discovered on 8/7(Thu).
1. [German Exclusive] An issue where some pets' skill texts regarding the Trial of the Constellations have been incorrectly applied

1. An issue where the "Covenant Bookmarks Used" count in the "Twin Librarians' Bookmark Support Event" was not properly recorded for some Heirs
→ This issue occurred for Heirs whose server connection was temporarily interrupted. To participate in the event properly, please move to the Lobby and check the event page again.
→ Heirs whose Covenant Bookmark usage was not properly counted are kindly asked to contact our Customer Service. After verification, the Twin Librarians’ Bookmarks will be granted accordingly. (Link)

I have an issue where I can't extract gear from rift on the PC client. It simply won't let me
I used to play normally, but this last week it's been impossible to play, I have to keep downloading the game all the time because of this error, the only option I have is to not play anymore because it's really annoying me, and no, I didn't buy anything in the game, I'm f2p
there are also still guilds that didn´t get their frame from last gw season... when is this going to be fixed?
Some players can't use the PC client of the game for more then 2 WEEKS IN A ROW , and that's the real Issue!
the same problem, it appeared 2 weeks ago and no one is doing anything, and it’s not clear what’s causing it.
