How long does it take for customer support to usually respond ? [2]
I’ve submitted a restoration ticket to use my one time recovery hoping to get AWHwayoung back but haven’t gotten a response in almost two weeks. I submitted it almost immediately after accidentally transmitting her but I’m starting to lose hope… I just hope they are being extra busy with E7WC and they might get back to me soon. By the way, I submitted a follow up ticket a week after this one (on the 17th), still pending too.

Messed up the same with Aram,its been 3 days since then for me
It shouldn't have taken this long for a reply by now. Unless they are swamped with a bunch of tickets but even so.. it shouldn't be this long.
