Is it bug or i miss something? [2]
my ml charles won't cr push after hwayong kill , if i remember correctly harsetti prevent cr push only when on her turn....

Yeah, even when harsetti is on death animation, her passive is still on until it's someone elses turn. My guess the enemy rinak takes the turn then the whole circus happens. Now you know
You are correct. Harsetti prevents all CR push during her turn.
