If the silver blade araminta gains readiness at the end of the turn, why does the harsetti passive still affect it if it is until the harsetti's turn?

I think that's poorly written. It gives the impression that the effect lasts until another unit's turn begins, rather than being active during Harsetti's turn. The same issue occurs with other units like Infinite Achates, she should gain CR at the end of any enemy turn while her S3 is available, but that doesn't happen when the enemy is Harsetti
