Nobody likes this unequip cost. Does SG really hate their playerbase this much to keep this punishing system in the game as if there are no competitors?
can you make this forever. Really hate when I should wait this for regear unit. And when free unequip here I already forgot what unit that I need regear before.
Put unequip for free permanently for the love of GOD! And remove the gold costs for changing equipment.

Get rid of the unequip costs all together.
You are the only game I know of that hasn't made that quality of life change for it's players.
You should just make free unequip a permamenet feature. It places a barrier to newer players and players that want to try new hero and teams. It harms the game experience, for no reason. Everyone will have much to earn if you simply remove the gold cost, including stove. The game will simply be more fun and easier for everyone.
Give us free unequip every weekend. Compared to the gacha games of 2025, the system you guys use is very outdated and we’re being punished for playing the game with gold cost.

Even Raid Shadow Legends has decided to make free unequip tickets a daily thing though daily login missions.
Get with the 21st century and remove this pre-pandemic antiquated system.
No modern games have unequip costs any more.
Make every weekend free unequip.
Or remove it entirely.

the gear up event give unequip ticket though. u can always save em.
I bet a lot of people quit because of this, potencial buyers, it doesn't benefit anyone, just lock players from trying things to do in the game. It really is just a bad system that should've been removed a long time ago. I hope they do something about in the anniversary
NoskXI'll bet noone quit Epic Seven because unequip cost. You can get burned out of stagnation your equipment, you can rage quit because banners do not carry guarantee between banners (except Mystics) and miss collab/limited unit; you can quit if you think game not entartain you and there is no content. But equip cost? Nah. You are surely have at least 500k gold, but you just greed it and will wait for Free Unequip Event
