I must give congratulation on 6 - 7 years epic seven team coz this game still growing and buildding the community , i hope the promise of ten years will become on 20 years live gaming experience ,far away from End Of Services ,coz this game is one of the best ANIME RPG GAME have many unique hero can counter each other and the *3 or *4 unit still have a usefull roles to team combination party even on arena or other content

Ehmm... Just have crazy idea maybe this have many flaw but maybe it can grow make e7 bigger, so this suggestion even maybe cant happen ,but plis try consider it and modifiy it to fit E7 business

Why you not try copy steam battle pass pool prize system ,every Battle pass purchase 10-15% go to prize pool , well if E7 gacha  community support that, maybe the prize will up and E7 will become FIRST BIGGEST RPG ANIME ESPORT that have biggest prize 

(maybe and i hope you not scam or corrupt the community support)

Rather than have a fix pool prize, well the bad or cons is if pool prize is so small amount ,maybe you need cover it from profit 

Imagine The battle pass only for the E7WC event -2H or -3H month ,before H real event

Well if in dota 2 every lvl battle pass have a cosmetic for hero, maybe you can consider not only giving resource BUT

NEW UNIQUE  HERO STICKER EVERY 10 LVL, 

NEW UNIQUE  special COSTUME E7WC FOR HERO EVERY 30 LVL

AND NEW UNIQUE special BACKROUND LIKE COLLABS event that we can see our hero either on bar sitting, or castle or maybe like overlord sitting on thorne etc every 50 lvl

Make 100 lvl -200 lvl 

Something like that,

well plis dont be petty giving a good  sticker for chat,custome hero or free background ,  E7 HERO ALREADY SO MUCH YOU HAVE so much MATERIAL DONT BE LAZY and petty

Making a costume, sticker, or spesial background like asepa and overlord collabs
