The following issue was discovered on 6/19(Thu).
1. An issue where participating in the Arena NPC Challenge does not grant points in Delinquent Crackdown→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
(6/20 06:00) The issue has now been fixed. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.
2. An issue where the in-game notification banner area does not function properly
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ The banner will be disabled until the issue is resolved. Please redeem your coupons through the web page. (Link)

Compensation for missed rewards?
So fixed when the day to claim it its over. No energy (almost 400energy lost) and no event points. Any compensation about this or...?
Any update about this? I did not get the rewards because of this
Is there an update/ETA on when this will be fixed?
