Fire boss pretty easy, just Fenne solo with a bit of regearing, giving her like 22000 hp worth of bulk
Ice boss also fairly easy, it's just Charles, Roana and friends if you got him, just grace charles

note that you need to clear both of these if beforehand to attempt Grass boss on perdition

Grass boss is a burn rng fest with Holiday Yufine, Behoo, Tiera and Schuri
If you can't gear this team I'd just not bother and clear it on nightmare for this month

can be a lot worse and still clear fine, flag from guid shop is her best artifact

haven't cleared grass boss myself so check moriya vid for his stats
