Choux - applies to heroes only (you do not have heroes in pve)
Harsetti - "speed of all heroes" (same as above)
Arunka - nothing about heroes only in passive = works in pve
You just repeated what op was asking:
Three pve-problematic passives, why did the devs only add restrictions to US.Choux and Harsetti.
dotaplayerOP was asking why they do not work and I gave an answer to that. For sure you can see that right?
