Simple Fenris EE rework [1]
There are lots of ways to make sense of Fernis EE to counter Harsetti:
Counterattacks when suffering an AoE attack from an enemy hero who has higher speed than ALL OTHER heroes. When the target is a dark mage, uses Will of Purification instead.
Will of Purification: attack all enemies, dealing 15,000 more damage.
It's not hard to think of one. What's your idea?

This new EE could achieve - " Having 90% WR against Harsetti teams, and having 10% WR against non-Harsetti teams. ", hence wipe out Harsetti completely from Arena and GW defense and give her a hard time in RTA. So you can play a lot of teams again.
Nevertheless, random turn order is the core of Harsetti. It's who she is, even more important than her always going first, AoE attacks and debuffs.
To activate the increased damage the enemy needs to have a Dark Mage who uses AoE at turn 1 and being faster than any other heroes. It's Harsetti-Only.
