No matter what you do he’s going first against Harsetti. Doesn’t matter who’s on the team, there’s going to be a way everyone can follow up after Fenris whether it’s Frida, AS Flan, or another CR pusher

Fenris still moves first which means you can still push with AS Flan or Frida
RezsaBut isn't that limit they move? he need specific hero to push his ally instead of who ever and also lost a turn for huge damage from S3.
Boss Arunka can still tank AS Flan when she isn't taken Fenris S3. If Freda mean you can add non-attack skill counter or theif with Celine's AF to overlap opponent's turn.

She dies at game start, so you can equip Laia with Azure Comet, then your team always go first against Harsetti teams, and FM.Luna can always be revived.
