Harsetti [6]
Sg, please instead of making a counter unit a.k.a create a problem and sell the solution, just change her s2 to [when the battle start, harsetti will always take the first turn] but every other unit on battle either your opponent or yourself they still have their turn based on their speed stat, if both opponent has harsetti then make the most speedy harsetti move first, her biggest problem is that she ruin a turn order, both yourself and your opponent

To disrupt turn order is one important aspect of her. The terrible thing is she always goes first, and the devs gave her an insane kit which is very oppresive even if she doesn't have her Skill 2.
i.e. If the devs make a hero like Pavel whose Skill 2 also randomizes turn order at game start, it will not be a problem.
Im talking this because my experience against harsetti is just the worst not because she take action first, but because she mess with my combo or supposedly how I'm gonna do based on my hero turn order, even if i bring young senya it always **** me off when my slow unit suddenly take action before my speedy unit ruining the battle, this also happen when i bring harsetti, It don't really matter if it's just who's gonna go first on the enemy unit, but if your strategy is also ruined by turn order it just multiple time feels worst than just lost on spd contest
