Game crashing when going through story.

Been playing on 2 new accounts, one on mobile, one on pc. Both are crashing whenever it gets to chapter 2 of the 6th World Episode, specifically in the mission "Becoming An Heir". Whenever it makes you use Victorika s3 for the first time it disconnects from the game.
