recently have learned that alot of the 3 star specialty changes make them on par with 4 or 5 stars (sometimes better). And every character has a use somewhere. Your Pve 5 star might not be as good as a 3 star specialty change in PVP. Dont feel bad about not getting certain characters early and try not to use your summons until you have enough for the pity because it ***** to use 100 summons and needed 20 more for pity but couldn't do it before the summons changed.
