Idea for my favorite character "Bylis" [2]
Night Watch Bylis
S1: [Active] Burn-down garden at midnight
Attacks the enemy with the burn blossom with 100% chance to decreased speed for 1 turn and increase combat readiness of the caster by 15%
Soulburn Effect: Attacks all enemies and deceases speed by 2 turn.
S2: [Passive] the funeral sound of crows at dusk
At the start of battle, Increases Defense and immunity of all allies for 2 turn. After being attacked, Increases buff durations of all allies by 1 turn and active "The night watchman's Oath". "The night watchman's Oath" can be only activated once every 3 turn.
The night watchman's Oath: Grants "obelisk" to caster by 3 turn. When the caster has "obelisk", all passive cannot activate. At the end of the caster's turn, deceases combat readiness of all enemies by 15%.
Obelisk (Undispellable) Increases health and Speed of all allies by 10%.
S3: [active] [countdown: 3 turn] bloody moonlit night - secret room's Joker
At the first turn of the enemy, they cannot soulburn.
Active: making all allies increases Defense and Immunity by 2 turn before dispels all buffs from all enemies.

I always think we shouldn't add more unique undispellable buffs into the game. It's not elegant, increases complexity further and kind of a lazy design pattern.
Skill 3 grant this new buff, Skill 1 becomes better if has this buff... Ew :(
Disable souls + disable passives + free immunity set for 2 turns. How about no.
