Epic Seven will have a patch on 5/1(Thu). Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

1. Schedule: 5/1(Thu) 06:40 ~ 07:40 UTC
2. Details:
- Fixed an issue where unused "Tainted Relics" were not converted into Heart of Orbis EXP when claiming rewards in the Heart of Orbis in Week 4.
- Fixed an issue where players are unable to claim the Heart of Orbis reward in certain circumstances.
3. Affected content: Access to the game will temporarily be unavailable.

- Even if the game closes after the patch application, the playerโs game data will be unaffected.
- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.
- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.
- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.
- The Web Event maintenance schedule and content are subject to change. If any changes are made, we will inform you through this notice.
- During the Web Event temporary maintenance period, players will be unable to access the Web Event, however, other content will be accessible.We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and we thank you for your patience during the patch. maintenance period.

Yeah i never got any rewards probably hidden behind a pay wall
So, I know that one is on me for forgetting to claim them, butโ I wish there was a way to still be able to claim the Heart of Orbis rewards for, maybe, a day or two into the new month? It'd be a nice feature for forgetful players like myself
what happen to rinak box that i purchase i dont see them
