Hello, Heirs.
This is GM Dominiel.
The following issue has been discovered on 5/1(Thu).
1. An issue where unused "Tainted Relics" were not converted into Heart of Orbis EXP when claiming rewards in the Heart of Orbis in Week 4.
→ Any unconverted Tainted Relics will be sent separately.
2. An issue where players are unable to claim the Heart of Orbis reward in certain circumstances.
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
We will continue to inform our Heirs regarding these issues via this notice.

Where are the monthly rewards for the month back sinds I didn't receive any yellow stones when I had 15 set as a monthly reward
Did you actually picked it as reward aka claimed it? Coz every single person I know did that and they got their rewards.

Bredunyou have to actually manually pick it after saving it it doesnt automatically do it at the end of the month
for god's sake please fix the boss arunka bug where after luna seals her and she doesn't have the buff i still can't target her with DDR. I've lost 5 games for no reason because of this stupid bug.
