Traces of brilliance not dropping (Adin element alteration material) [5]
Farmed about 500 energy worth, decided to check if I was doing something wrong and it seems several others have sunk way more energy than I have and not 1 drop of the material has shown up.

Is it really a bug or the drop rate is just too freaking low ? almost 2++ runs and not a single drop wtf ?
Good luck finishing any specialty changes....all stages closed except cat stages...and 'if' the mobs are even there, gonna be a stam drain
Ok so it finally dropped for me today after 300 runs, I read somewhere that the drop rate is 2%.
Just keep trying, it will eventually drop. It just did for me. I was thinking the same thing.
Yeah, I'm having the same issue, currently stuck on this unfortunatelly. Hope the devs fix it fast
