[GM] Operation: Catch Zieg! – Weekly Exchange Clarification and Compensation Notice [53]
Hello Heirs! This is GM Dominiel.
First of all, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the confusion caused by the insufficient guidance provided regarding the Operation: Catch Zieg! event.
The list of items in the Operation: Catch Zieg! Exchange that have no purchase limits is designed to reset weekly, and items from previous weeks become unavailable for purchase once that week ends. Unfortunately, this detail was not clearly communicated in advance, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and confusion this may have caused.
To address this, we have provided more detailed information about the event rules below. Additionally, as a gesture of our apology, compensation will be provided to our Heirs.
■ Operation: Catch Zieg! Event — Additional Details
- (Edited at 08:50) Items with purchase limits are available for purchase during the event period, starting from the day they are added to the Exchange.
- Items with no purchase limits reset weekly, with each week's list only available during that specific week.
- Once a week has ended, the corresponding no-limit items will no longer be available for purchase.
※ However, for Week 4, all no-limit items will remain available for purchase until the event ends.
※ Improvements to in-game event guidance will be made during the 4/24 (Wed) maintenance.
■ Operation: Catch Zieg! Event Compensation Distribution Details
1. Schedule: 4/18 (Fri) 08:00 - 4/25 (Fri) 14:59 UTC
2. Compensation: 500 Energy
※ Rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox during the distribution period. (Storage Period: 7 Days)

Vous avez fait une erreur de communication, la meilleure solution pour corriger cela n'est pas de nous donner de l'énergie, mais il faut plutôt que tout les articles sans limite des semaines précédentes soient disponibles pour la dernière semaine de l'événement.
Its a good event, the only thing i wish it was different was the ML 5 ticket... that when used give a NEW ML 5 light element hero... there's 25 light heroes in the poll, I have 5 of them... guess what i get on the ticket... yep, a second ML Kayron, That doesn't even give the 10 coins because its not sss...
I got 60-70 molas from ~200 boxes and got dark ML dup while having three 5* ;] rng like this is depressing

For the SmileGate translator it's not a shame to use "Duolingo app" to make a good translation for this event wording you know. And please remove tamarinne quest on path of heir 25 coz really new player can't get to an active guild and if someone say they can then they're no new player they are rerollers or content creator that's all max out your RAS bye.
I need to ask if carrots reset each week as well, I’ve been saving mine but after this announcement I’m concerned that’s what it’s implying and I’m not going to be happy if I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of energy gathering carrots to lose them next week

so will the week 1 selector not be available once the week is over? do you have to pick your selections right away? or can you pick all your selections on week 4 ?
Nothing I can do about your decision to gatekeep the Stamina but.... but at least, make sure to send the "500 Stamina" compensation thing to our inboxes. Cause I'm telling you... I didn't receive any. :-/

Why just dont let everything available until very last day? Why creating this obstacle? No reason to do so
You can earn 500 stamina by simply grinding 30 minutes in the current week. People who did not farm for the first few days (thinking the carrot to stamina exchange was gonna be available all 4 weeks) lost more than just 500energy. Your miscommunications (more like no communication) was the source of this problem, I hope you might try to fix it in the future but as always, you will ignore your player-base and do whatever you want.

Please, just state what we can buy from week 4 onward: is it just catalyst boxes or energy, equip/art charms and catalysts with all week 1 to 4 Jackpot boxes?
After going through these comments, I have concluded that the post addressed to clear any confusion has thus, "created more confusion." WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?!?!

This basically means only week 4's unlimited items are available, I had confusion reading it too but I have made confirmations, so this just means that the event is the same and nothing is changing only week 4's item remains till the end because the carrots we get would be useless if even week 4 closes, so instead of changing it so that players could get the free energy, you decided to give arguably the worst week out of the 4, when I first received the information I started jumping out of happiness and joy, but when I read this whole post it just made me sad, but what can we do, I'll hope they improve it in the future and learn from this mistake.
The 500 energy is just a cheap buy off, good job at SG for staying mediocre. You could have just made everyone happy and make all the weeks available during the entire event.
