[Issues] 4/14(Mon) Known Issues (Added) [11]



Hello, Heirs.
This is GM Dominiel.
 

The following issue has been discovered on 4/14(Mon).

1. An issue where the acquisition location for Proof of Courage under [Help > Guild > Donate] shows Urgent Missions
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

2. An issue where the repeat missions found in [Orbis Guide > A Journey of Succession > Challenge: Hunt] are unable to be cleared
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

3. An issue where Equipment shown on the Equipment UI showed up as non-reforged after already having reforged the Equipment while equipped
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

4. An issue where Artifacts shown on the Artifact UI showed up as non-enhanced after already having enhanced the Artifact while equipped
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

5. An issue where the Receive Reward UI was not visible when entering the Hall of Trials
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

6. An issue where the Benefits Upon First Payment were not delivered to some accounts
 
→ We are currently investigating an issue where some accounts did not receive 5 Bellona and growth currencies as part of the Benefits Upon First Payment.
 → We are doing our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. An issue where the expected values while selling Artifacts and Equipment are shown to be unnaturally high
 
→ This is currently only a visual issue. The actual Gold earned will remain unaffected and will be applied correctly.

 → We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
 → We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
We will continue to inform our Heirs regarding these issues via this notice.

[BUG ALERT]


SG, there is  problem with selling gears. Just earlier, I SOLD A LOT... like A LOT of 'trashy upgraded' gears. The prompt showed that I was supposed to receive (21M gold) along with thousands of Gear EXP sheets.


I got all the Gear EXP sheets as expected BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE GOLD WORTH 21-MILLION. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE, KINDLY CHECK THIS SITUATION. Losing that 21M worth of gold really hurts as I am in the process-loop of upgrading the gears I've set aside.

How about people that already made their first purchase before the patch? Do they not get the new rewards?

Hello! I have a bug: I can't get Tamarinne in connections (I already bought "Bittersweet Dessert Festival", but the game doesn't aknowledge it). Thx!

why cant we re-do the story stages from episodes??????? I can't unlock yuna because it says to clear episode 2 chapter 10 retribution but I already cleared it a while ago (and ofc it didn't count somehow) and I can't replay it (nor any other "story" stage) so I can't complete the recruitment for yuna as of now

Where do you hunt gear, to fulfill the guild tasks...cant find any content with gear drops...well that 10x a day thing...not a help, and hunts which is so random their stam reqs are insane to try

Ps...i click go...takes me to an episode s5age...but no gear drops there, and powders didnt count

if the task says something like "colect chestpieces" u can just go craft some chests and it will clear the mission.

I've noticed all but 1 of my POC are gone & now that urgent missions are gone, how do we get them?

They drop from pretty much all story stages now. Just randomly.

I can't paly in the PC client. Is there already a fix in the issue?
