Can't use skills or soul burn, Forced to AUTO everything...

I can't click/use any skills or soul burn. I tried Arena, and Guild war and pve and I can't use skills in any of them. I am forced to auto everything. I have tried via mobile (google play) and PC desktop version. Both are the same. Please help!
