Following the update maintenance on 4/10 (Thurs), we’ve identified an issue where abnormal items could be obtained through the Orbis Guide,
and we regret to inform you that the Orbis Guide will be temporarily suspended while we address this issue.

Does this mean that players who did not finish path of heir to receive the rewards and is not a new account prior to update loose out on all the rewards?
If you mean adventurers path from before the patch: yes, and they have warned everyone about it when they revealed the origin stuff so more than a week in advance that they will discontinue it so finish it beforehand.

i have already 6 starred and awakened my vivian but orbis guide is asking me to do it again. hope you'll fix that
