Attacks the enemy, with a 30% chance to Stun for 1 turn. After attacking when the target is stunned, increase combat readiness of the ally with the highest Attack except for the caster by 20%, if Caster has Cascade and uses Turtle Flipping, attacks all enemies.

Increase Effect Chance to 100%

Can only be activated once per turn.

Attacks all enemies with the power of the divine dragon, decreasing buff durations by 2 turns before a 75% chance to inflict Class Debuff for 2 turns if incliting Class Debuff on half of the remaining enemies inflict Block on the highest attacking enemy for 3 turns, Decrease Combat Readiness of enemies by 30%. If Is it going to Rain is used three times, grants Cascade to the caster.
Skill Enhance: Max = 100% chance to inflict Class Debuff | 5 Turn Cooldown.

This is my version of buff from last year:
[ Skill 2 - Lullaby for Waves ]
At the start of the turn, dispels all debuffs which prevent skill cast from all allies. At the end of someone's turn, when an ally is inflicted with adebuff which prevents skill cast, increases Combat Readiness of the caster by 35%, and grants all allies 1 Wish. Can only be activated once per turn.
[ Skill 3 - Is It Going To Rain? ]
Attacks all enemies with the power of Divine Dragon, decreasing buff durations by 2 turns before decrease Attack and Defense for 2 turns. Grant all allies 2 Wishes.
Ignore Effect Resistance if an ally hero already has a Wish.
[ Mechanic: 3 Wishes ]
Granting an ally up to 3 Wishes for its next turn only!
Wish 1: Inflict 2,000 fixed additional damage after attacking.
Wish 2: Restore 50% missing health at the start of turn.
Wish 3: Increase Combat Readiness by 50% at the end of turn.
