Required items to change Adins element or Progress in history - Not available [3]
We can no longer buy the materials to change Adins element or special currency to progress in history due to the changes in the AP Shop.
Chapter 3 for example:

To make matters worse, if you completed the Element change for the first time, you can't change Adin to the light Element
