Hello, Heirs! This is GM Dominiel.
Collect carrots to lure Ziegfried, who ran away from Victorika!
Play the game, collect Carrots, and visit the Carrot Exchange to exchange for various items.

■ Operation: Catch Zieg! Event Details
1. Schedule: 4/14 (Mon) each server's reset time – 5/22 (Thu) 02:59 UTC
2. Details: Play in-game content, collect Carrots, and exchange them for items of your choice.
3. How to Participate
* You can participate in this event after clearing 6th World Episode 1-6.
* You can enter the event by going to [Lobby > Special Event > Epic Seven: Origin].
[How to Obtain Carrots]
By playing in-game content every day, players will have a chance to obtain Carrots.
- Eligible Content: Hunt, Rift, Ogre's Armory, Spirit Altar, Adventure, Side Story
* Please Note
- After spending more than 10 Energy, the chance to earn Carrots increases for every 1 Energy consumed.
- For new and returning Heirs, the increased Carrot drop rate per Energy consumed will be applied differently.
* New Heir Criteria: Accounts created after 2024/12/31 15:00 UTC
* Returning Heir Criteria: Accounts that returned after 2025/03/11 04:00 UTC
- You cannot obtain Carrots from Story Stages or stages where Energy is not consumed.
[Exchange - Carrot Exchange]
Players can use collected Carrots to obtain items from the Carrot Exchange, where new items will be unlocked each week.
* New and returning Heirs will have access to different versions of the Exchange.
* New Heir Criteria: Accounts created after 2024/12/31 15:00 UTC
* Returning Heir Criteria: Accounts that returned after 2025/03/11 04:00 UTC
[Daily Reward]
To help you track down and catch the runaway Ziegfried, we're giving you additional Energy and Quick Battlings!

- Each daily reward can be obtained once per day and will reset according to the server's reset time.
- If you have more than 11 Quick Battlings, you won't be able to claim the daily reward for Quick Battling.
- Heirs who cannot use the Quick Battling feature will not be able to claim the daily reward for Quick Battling.

love the event and appreciate all the rewards, but it's definitely not nice that veteran accounts get significantly less rewards.
if anything, long time players should be rewarded the most, if not the same amount, for their loyalty and time put into the game. please reconsider the availability of rewards for all account types in the near future for this event!
I'm very worried about Path of Heir being deleted for accounts created before 2025, which is most people including players that are RETURNING for the Origin update and didn't finish Adventurer Path or the campaign, their accounts are crippled. This is a very severe oversight and ruining the Origin "relaunch" of the game for everyone. I urge everyone to contact Smilegate about this issue.
About different rewards, they did this in Epic Dash and I have voiced my concerns before. Their argument seems to be that as an "old" player you don't need as many resources. In this instance older players get 50 less Covenants Bookmarks and 10 less Molagora, among others. More gear is good only when it's not RNG, as for which new players get pre-rolled Destruction and HP sets while old players get unrolled Speed and Torrent sets. Older players get 1 less Hero selector and 2 less Artifact selectors, that's substantial.

If the event is not bugged in JP/Asia/KR, it is one of the biggest case of false advertising in the E7 history. Old players are getting ZERO random 5 stars when 3 hero, 2 artifact ones was advertised. There is also only one hero+artifact selector when the advertised amount was 2 of each.
There is no way the "(MAX)" in the video meant that if you're an old player you're not getting it and only new/returning players get the advertised amount.
My only concern are the gold carrots. How do we get those?
