Hello Epic Seven managers and community, I'm writing this letter as a suggestion because I was a couple clicks away from receiving my Brawl mode rewards, and right as the season ended, I wasn't able to collect my hard-earned rewards.

Time is a massive commitment in any activity that is enjoyable. But real-life sustainability comes first; and with this in mind we have to endure the seasons when time and resources are scarce, and joy becomes luxury.

I've thought this for a while now, and I see this reflected in society, as people tend to chase commodity/commodities over many other essential well-being necessities.

Focusing on work is the most basic need; nevertheless,
Focusing on rest is undoubtedly a priority essential too, lest we burn out and fall apart.

Please consider and judge for yourselves, and consider all players, not only those who lack time to play daily, such as myself.
A chance to retrieve what is truly earned through sacrifice and investment.

An extra hour of active resource management could save a huge investment or a life if you see it that way.
Every second counts.
