[Issues] 3/13(Thu) Post-Update Known Issue (Edited 3/19) [9]
Hello Heirs, This is GM Dominiel.
Following the update on 3/13(Thu), an issue was discovered in the game.
Please see below for more detailed information.
1. An issue where the Global Server Guild War banner incorrectly displays the war end time as 4 hours earlier than the actual time.
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
2. An issue where the Greater Modification Gem Selection Chest appears as purchasable after 74 years in [Guild > Member Shop].
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
3. An issue where the description for Random Lv. 85 Epic Equipment added to [Guild > Member Shop] does not include rings and necklaces.
→ This issue has been confirmed as a description error. Rings and necklaces are correctly included, and the issue is currently being fixed.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
4. An issue where the screen does not display correctly in certain situations while playing the story in [Moonlight Theater > Natalon Academy].
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
5. An issue where a Brawl battle does not conclude under certain circumstances, even after a time limit has expired.
→ We are currently looking into the cause of this issue and working on a fix.
→ We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
6. An issue where some interactive element in the tutorial is not working properly when entering Shadow Mountain in Episode 4 for the first time

7. An issue where proceeding with Memory Imprint using Ordeal Relic IV and VI effects does not properly clear the Memory Imprint Level achievements

Gw came up...now takes a bit to get in...and then gw banner does nothing
In brawl...challenge...sss staeyou...almost twice and didnt register the achievement
Any chance you can figure out while, only in ball of trials, halfway thru, i start lagging heavy...then close to done, it crashes out...used to be just challenge mode, now i cant even play normal mode
The PC version of the game keeps giving connection errors although my internet works just fine.
Here's 2 screenshots of me trying to claim my sanctuary rewards and it gives me that there was a connection error.
Keep in mind that it's NOT occurring in sanctuary only..but EVERYWHERE else. Guild War (before the changes.), Arena. Both Real-Time and Normal Arenas, Labyrinth, Quick Clearing, you name it!
Seriously, I can't play the game!
On PC client the Chat notifications (peek and red dot counter) are not working. On Android the chat is not updated with recent messages I can see on PC.
Guild chat is not showing notifications/number of messages, please SG fix this.
PC Client is somehow failing to update. Even tried deleting the game and installing it anew wholesale.
Be me, 104 years old. Somehow epic seven is still playable. I can finally buy the greater mod gem select chest. I finally close my eyes for the last time.
