Let's take a look at what we have in store for you in this week's update.

Players will be able to view these updates after the maintenance on 3/13 (Thu).

 


 

 

1. Brawl Update



First introduced in the Special Side Story, Night of the Last Succession, Brawl has returned with a fresh new look as regular content!

 

Brawl is a round-based automatic battle PVE content where players can deploy Heroes on a team to defeat enemies and win. You can summon and deploy Heroes using Brawl Coins, a type of currency you can acquire from the Brawl. Referring to each Hero's element and affiliations, you can create Synergies, which will allow you to form a stronger team.

 

Use Synergies wisely to lead your team to victory and earn various achievement rewards.

 


 

■ Brawl Season 1 Information

■ Brawl Basic Information

[Entry]

- Location: Lobby > Special Event > Brawl > Tap Brawl Season 1 to participate

- Entry Conditions: Brawl is open to all Heirs without any conditions.

- Entry Cost: After using up your free challenges, entering will cost Energy.

 

[Brawl Rank]

- Participating in Brawl battles grants you EXP and increases your Brawl Rank.

- As your Brawl Rank increases, you can obtain Relic Pieces to enhance Relics or unlock 5 Moonlight Heroes summonable in Brawl battles.

- You can purchase this Season's Brawl Rank using Skystone.

 

[Difficulty Info]

 Normal: The standard difficulty level players face upon entry.

 Challenge: A higher difficulty mode unlocked after achieving victory in Brawl on Normal difficulty.

 

* You cannot change the difficulty while Brawl is in progress.

 

[Relics]

- Activating Relics grants various buffs to Heroes during Brawl battles.

- Earn Relic Pieces by increasing your Rank in Brawl and use them to enhance your Relics.

- You must enhance all connected effects in the previous grade before advancing to the next grade.

 


 

[Achievements]

- Brawl achievements are divided into "Normal Mode" and "Challenge Mode" achievements.

- Players can earn various rewards by completing Brawl achievements.

 


 

■ How to Play Brawl

- After entering each round and completing Hero deployment, you can start the battle by tapping on the Start button.

- Once the battle begins, you must clear the round within the given time.

- The battle will be done automatically without any manual operation.

- During battle, pressing Pause > Save and Leave will save your progress, allowing you to resume freely.

- Players can use "Brawl Coins" or "Connection Tokens" to summon Heroes and deploy them to the battlefield.

- At the end of the season, all data will be reset, including your record of winning, acquired Relic Pieces, Rank, Relics, and unlocked Heroes.

 



[Brawl Level]

- You can use Brawl Coins to increase your Brawl Level up to Lv. 9.

- The number of Heroes you can deploy increases as your level rises.

- Players can start with 2 deployable Heroes, and the number increases to 10 Heroes at Lv. 9. (Maximum deployable Heroes: 10)

- As your Brawl Level increases, the number of Brawl Coins required for the next level-up also increases.

 

[Hero Summon]

- You can summon Heroes for Brawl using Brawl Coins or Connection Tokens to deploy them in battle.

- The list of summonable Heroes can be checked in [Brawl Lobby > Hero Information].

- As your Brawl Level increases, the chance of summoning higher-grade Heroes also increases.

- When summoning duplicate Heroes, they will automatically be used for Memory Imprint, enhancing the existing Heroes.

- When summoning duplicate Heroes who are already at SSS Level in Memory Imprint, they will automatically be transmitted.

- Summoning Heroes registered in the Journal in Brawl will have their Devotion Skill Grade increased by 1.

- You can transmit Heroes that don't mesh well with your current team composition and earn Connection Tokens as a reward.

  * The number of Connection Tokens obtained varies depending on the transmitted Hero's grade and Memory Imprint Level.

 

[Synergies]

- All Heroes have classes and affiliations, with various synergies occurring based on their element and affiliation combinations.

- Synergies are activated according to the combination of the deployed Heroes.

- You can check detailed information by pressing the Synergy button located in the bottom left corner of the battle screen or by accessing [Brawl Lobby > Hero Information].

 

* Each season, new Heroes and synergies will appear in Brawl.

 

[Victory and Defeat]

- At the end of each round, you can earn EXP and Brawl Coins as rewards based on the battle result.

- Victory: Receive the victory base reward for each round

- Defeat: Receive half of the victory base reward, losing one Life (up to 3 times)

  * The challenge ends if you lose all three Life, and you will have to start over from the beginning.

 

[Win]

- Clearing all 25 rounds counts as one win and automatically ends the challenge.

- If your win record has achieved the best score, the information will be updated in the main page of the Brawl.

- Winnning once in Normal Mode will unlock the "Challenge Mode."

 

[Special Shop]

- A Special Shop will be available, offering discounted Hero Summon Tickets and Skins for Heroes featured in this Brawl season.

- The Special Shop will be available during the Brawl period, and there is a limit to the number of times players can purchase each item.

2. Guild War Revamp & Global Matchmaking

 

The Guild War Revamp will be introduced alongside the launch of Global Matchmaking.

Starting from the 2nd Pre-Season on 3/17 (Mon), after the conclusion of the 1st Pre-Season, players will be able to compete against Guilds from different servers.

■ Guild War Revamp Details

[Matchmaking Expansion and New Rules]

- Guild War matchmaking will be expanded.

- Guilds from same Server  Guilds from all Servers (Korea/Asia/Global/Europe/Japan)

- Within a single season, Guilds may now face the same opponent up to twice.

 

[Guild War Rule Changes]

- There are 3 Fortresses in total. The Strongholds in both the Left and Right Fortresses must be destroyed before you can attack the Central Fortress.

- Each Fortress consists of 1 Stronghold, 2 Defense Towers, and 10 Satellites.

  * Out of the 10 Satellites, you can assign a defending member to up to 7 Satellites.

- At least one of the two Defense Towers in each Fortress must be destroyed before you can attack the Stronghold.

  * Defense Towers and Satellites can be attacked without any restrictions.

 

[League Changes]

- The League system will be revamped to make Guild War rankings more intuitive.

- Guild members in high-ranking Guilds will receive bonus rewards.

[Guild War Notes]

- A new note feature will be added, allowing you to leave comments on enemy Guild buildings. (Character limit: 100)

- Each building can have only one note; buildings without notes won't display a note icon

- Only Guild Vice-Captains and above or members who attacked the building can write or edit notes

- Notes will be deleted when each Guild War ends.

 

[Hidden Records]

- When matched against a top 100-ranked Guild, Attack/Defense Records will be hidden during the war.

  * Your Guild's battle Attack/Defense Records will remain visible.

 

[Resume Guild War]

- If the game disconnects during a Guild War battle, players will now reconnect and resume the battle within a set time.

   If there’s a battle that can be resumed, a message will appear in the Guild Lobby.

   Upon entering the Guild War main screen, a message will appear asking whether you want to resume the battle, with options to confirm or cancel.

   The Battle in Progress icon will remain on buildings and disappear once the battle ends even when a Guild member disconnects during battle.

- If a player yields or disconnects before a Hero dies, but the enemy has already used a skill to attack, the Hero will now be considered dead.

 

[New Items in Member Shop]

- 2 new items will be added to Guild > Member Shop.

- After watching Season 1, the first act of Season 2 will be available for free, and watching the next act immediately after will cost Theater Tickets.

- You either purchase Theater Tickets for 500,000 Gold or receive them as a Cast Board Reward if you own Heroes that appear in the story.

New Exclusive Equipment for the 4 Heroes, Veronica and Infinite Horizon Achates, will be added to the Hall of Trials Exchange.

Exclusive Equipment stats and skill effects will be applied randomly upon purchase.

■ How to Use

- After completing the given missions to earn Season EXP, the Season Rank will increase.

- As your Season Rank increases, you can earn a variety of rewards. 

    Free Rewards: Rewards that can be acquired according to players' Season Rank. 

    Premium Rewards: Rewards that can be acquired according to players' Season Rank when the Pass is upgraded to Premium Epic Pass.

    Special Reward: Rewards that can be acquired when the Pass is upgraded to a Special Epic Pass, regardless of Season Rank.

 

[Season Rank & How to Obtain Season EXP] 

1. Complete Missions

 - Complete the given missions to obtain Season EXP for the Epic Pass.



* Energy consumed through Dispatch Missions will not count toward your Daily Mission.

7. Fumyr & Umbral Keystones Drop Rate Up


 

In this Drop Rate Up event, meet Fumyr, an Ice elemental Mage who can use an additional powerful non-attack skill under strict conditions. Players can also obtain a Mage exclusive Artifact, Umbral Keystones, which increases Effectiveness of all allies and increases Combat Readiness of the caster at the end of every 2 ally turns except for the caster.

8. Baal & Sezan and Last Teatime Drop Rate Up



In this Drop Rate Up event, meet a Fire elemental Mage, Baal & Sezan, who can inflict various debuffs on all enemies and contain them with a skill that deals increased damage proportional to the number of debuffs. Players can also obtain the Mage-exclusive Artifact, Last Teatime, that increases damage dealt when an attack that targets all enemies is used, with a certain chance to decrease skill cooldowns by 1 turn.

10. Other Improvements and Adjustments



■ Heroes and Artifacts

- 4 New Kid Adin now has special dialogue when encountering 5 Successor Taeyou as an enemy.

- An issue where effect tooltips were displayed incorrectly when 5 Kawerik equipped Exclusive Equipment will be fixed.

- An issue where stat increases from Artifact effects, such as the 5 Artifact, War Horn, were not applied to certain barrier values granted at the start of battle will be fixed.

 

■ Battle

- An issue where the effect text displayed during battle appeared behind the Health bar of monsters in certain stages will be fixed.

- An issue where the Fastus's Curse effect of the boss, Incomplete Fastus that appears on Abyss Floor 120 did not activate as described in the tooltip will be fixed.

- An issue where the battle would stop in certain conditions on Abyss Challenge Mode Floor 10 will be fixed.

 

■ World Arena

- The Emblems for each World Arena League will be redesigned.

   

- The animations for League Promotion, Battle Start, and Battle Win and Defeat will be improved.

 

[Error Fixes]

- An issue where certain buffs with no turns were displayed incorrectly will be fixed. No actual changes in battles will be made.

 

■ Arena

- An issue where the Victory Points displayed in Streak Bonus Info on the Ready screen differed from the actual points received will be fixed.

- The animations for League Promotion, Battle Start, and Battle Win and Defeat in Arena will be improved.

- Victory Points needed for advancing to higher Arena Leagues will be lowered.

Finally a great update from sg hope to see how these changes will look . But our only complain is where is the collab sg we are so eager for mind blowing collab since last year. Anyway We call this an actual update content. MAKE THEM MORE.

These new emblems are ugly as fuck...

Ml Taeyou is bad, He is so underwhelming. When you have allies alive, then you can trigger his possession constantly, but when he is alone, he pretty much can never trigger his passive.




My suggestion would be to give his s3 "decreases cr by 30%", remove his extra turn gained from s3, and move the "increases buff duration" from s3 to his passive.




This would not only make sure that he can trigger his passive himself when all enemies are alive, it would also balance it out by making sure he doesn't trigger his passive from his s3 when there are less enemies left on the battlefield. 




Also, this would also make him much better for PvE, since you can choose to bring lidica to trigger Ml Taeyou's passive constantly, making him permanent immortal as long as lidica is alive.

- I'm really enjoying Brawl (though I'd like to play other of my favorite heroes like Luna and New Moon Luna, hoping for next seasons). That you can play it for no energy and it also completes the daily missions is great too.

- I really like that a set of skins is available again for Skystones (Legendary ones in particular), and I hope it becomes a regular thing.

- I really like Ravi's new skin and that the Epic Pass is back with skin and skin tickets as it should always be.

- Guild War has now a high quality presentation I do appreciate besides of the improvements.

- I like the new Arena rank emblems, though they're low resolution (blurry/pixelated) when zoomed in, that aspect needs refinement.

- I notice I am able to keep more points Arena now, seems to be heading in the right direction even though core issues remain.

A really good update all around, perhaps the best in a while, please keep it up!

First, I'd like to thank you for some really good updates, but there are some things that I personally and I think many didn't like.


1-The new emblems are horrible, let's be honest. Please consider returning them to their previous appearances.

Brawl has been a TERRIBLE gamemode, and making me spend my already limited energy to participate more than 3 times is insane.  I'll ignore it completely before I waste my time with it.  Improve the gamemodes we already have, don't try to turn lame gimmick ones into mainstays.

And even more high school drama characters?  FFS, man.  Into the trash it goes.

The update was great until I realized that it's going to take ENERGY to play Brawl after using your daily plays. WHY?? SG you want players to stay in game longer so they can make more purchases right? Why are you limiting how much they can play this mode?? It's not like we have endless energy. We're already blowing what we have on everything else in the game. Remove the energy cost to play this mode please.

And for ppl whining about brawl shop price, maybe you cannot do math or whatsoever, it is indeed 80% discount value of an entire pity roll on pure skystones, ah but i roll garo for bookmarks, me too, my only complaint is that they should let us select which hero is.

Hey since you guys think we are all stupid why don't you just put 1 million sky stones on the  Brawl Hero Summon Ticket before discount section.

What sack of **** approved that brawl shop. It's laughable.

Why do items in brawl shop cost skystones??! Shouldn't It be brawl mode currency? You know, like all the other modes? Nobody is going to touch that shop with a 10 foot pole, SG.

I would like the skystone for the skin to be a bit lower with epic in 1,200 and the regular in 400 or so but atleast we can buy it at the cost of a lot of saving so that is a improvement in some sense then waiting 2 year buy a single epic skin. But the brawl shop skystone pricing is god dam ridiculous with a need of 80% discount and even then that is way to much to depend on rng for a unit they should be with 1,200-1,600 and plus beside the 5 star rng ticket the ml has no 5 star or above same with the 4 star so a big waste in all aspects on skystone only really new player with nothing on their account can try to benefit but still get shaft and still lose out from resource.

When is LHcermia's skin coming? I've been waiting forever, and this is the first time I've actually commented. Not complaining, just wanna know. Skin is one of the best skins in the game, thats why I built my moonlight cermia to perfection 👌 

Thank you for making Brawl regular content but the skystone costs are pretty high and I am concerned about the stamina cost because if its worse value than rift or hunts it just turns the mode into another automaton tower that you clear once and leave it until refresh. Brawl would be better as repeatable PVE equivalent of RTA instead of what we seem to be getting.


I still don't think the changes to Flag Arena will make any difference to the issues in champ+, weekly soft resets (if you have 2270 points you reset to champion 3) would help some people climb, but the I highly doubt the point changes will make champ+ feel less sisyphean.

Very happy to see you give us finaly again a normal good pass, with a beautiful ravi skin and some skin tickets to collect over the years :) thats very very good ! Well done. You will notice in analytic data that more players will now buy again the pass and having fun with it, because many saved skystones when the pass failed without skin ticket in correct dosis and nice skin.

If you place a bomb with greater atk for one turn, is the dmg of the bomb based on when they placed the bomb or when it's detonated without atk buff

Where is that Balance Patch that was leaked at? Because if that was real it got me really excited to use Charles again. Other than that nothing in here is worth getting excited over at all. I'm tired of seeing overpriced stuff being locked away from players by skystones, especially when it comes to character skins and very limited summon tickets. Why not instead give us more ways to acquire Bookmarks instead???

ML Taeyou's kit got changed from "Possession" buff to "Invocation" buff
Is this a new kind of buff? If yes, then where the info/ explanation for it?
Or is it just a unique "buff" that just do nothing?
