Following the update on 1/30(Thu), an issue was discovered in the game.

1. An issue where the name of Lone Wolf Peira's biker gang is not displayed correctly in the story

I have an issue to state as well, where's our CM team and our yufine skin?

Smilegate nerf / weaken ssflan.nshenis too overpowered where she still kills people full health even when a miss occurs

Skill issue. She is strong but she should not be one-shotting your units on a miss.

my pity counter was reset not once ,but TWICE!!!! while i was LIVE on TWITCH and YOUTUBE. i first had 109 left. after the new update it was reset to 200!! i pulled 81 more times then it RESET again!!!!! im very up set. i plannd this whole live stream to show how we can get the units we want through planning and PLAYING now i dont even know if the pity will stay counting down MAKE THE GAME A SOUR TASTE THIS IS THE OLNY PLACE I COULD EVEN NOTITFY ANYONE very upsetting smile gate team so IF i play EEPIC seven AGAIN youll be very lucky i want to know what youlll do

You would be sending in a support ticket then if that actually happened to you or link the stream your full of shit.

Why haven't you sent a ticket? On top of that, the second time it's happened to you and you haven't done anything? Stop being pretentious here and do things right, I smell a scammer here just to earn an imaginary refund.

First and foremost, if you noticed something was wrong with your pity counter, you should have not summoned at all and sent in a ticket. Instead, you negligently continued to summon dispute noticing an issue, and want to place the entire blame on SmileGate, which is laughable. You sound like a pretentious and entitled child that does not want to take any sort of responsibility.
