PC client keeps on getting stuck when I try to do the event adventure with background battle running despite no resource bottlenecks.

I keep getting a error when I try to launch the client. Customer support has not been helpful at all.
Can you please release the Standalone PC client ? like release it in steam instead using stove APP, many of us can't play it because bugs at launching the game

This error code was caused by antivirus. When app tried to install updates the antivirus was scanning the files in the same tim and somehow preventing app from updating...still unable to install the game via client thanks to error [CL-9004] no matter what i do/where i install the client
OMG. How can you achieve to release a PC client, which doesn't work, officially? I don't care about your dead PC client. Even emulators do much better job without any issue. Shame on you!

They Officially released a BUGGED PC CLIENT VERSION of E7 wow smilegate never learn as always!
Since everyone is always complaining I will say I have not had any issues with the PC client. Its been smooth and a lot better for me than using google games. Thanks SG!
Xsolla is doing random refunds/charge backs causing players to get banned. In case anyone is unaware make sure you submit an appeal/ticket if it happened to you.

OMG... Is this why I was randomly banned this morning? I didn't notice any chargebacks on my charge, but saw I had a refund I never requested from Xsolla 2 weeks ago.

yo solo tengo el problema que demora en inicia al ejecutar el juego se queda en la pantalla blanca con los 2 logos un buen rato ahi y despues inicia con normalidad...
Maybe fix the dealbreaking bug where you can't even launch the game before you give it an official release? And no, sitting there for 10 minutes and waiting while your pc goes insane, for it to then finally launch doesn't count as a solution.
As of right now, the PC client still has a major bug that prevents the game from being launched at all for a lot of people. This was introduced with the update that had the last UI change and hasn't been fixed in the weeks(!) since then. The issue was officially acknowledged, but only a temporary workaround provided (which doesn't work either for most of the affected players).
Can we assume the official release fixes this glaring issue?
I know everyone has more pressing issues but the create a desktop shortcut button doesnt work. I would like to just instantly open e7 instead of going through stove first please.
