Good luck to anyone who is going to pre-order this figure. I bought the Epic Seven Arise board game in February 2021 and have not received it to this day. To make matters worse, the supplier has not provided any information since February 2024, that's 9 months without news.
I looked this up and it's a Kickstarter project by a third party, which I suppose you backed and not an existing product you bought from E7/SG directly or from a known retailer, and for such things there's always uncertainty.
This is different, a scale by a known manufacturer, showcased live, and sold through regular known stores that sell this kind of merchandise (e.g. AmiAmi), following standard procedure as with other products of the same category (normally you're not charged for pre-orders until the it's about to ship for example).
Just making things fair since your comment suggests it's untrustworthy.
That being said, that really sucks, that game looks nice and the miniatures pretty cool and beautiful even, I'd be interested myself. Hoping you and other backers do get it.
