[Notice] Issue with countries in negative UTC offsets unable to participate in Epic Seven Check-in Exchange
We've identified an issue affecting players in negative UTC offset regions, including North and South America, preventing them from participating in the event.
This issue stems from an error incorrectly advancing check-in dates by one day, making users in these regions unable to receive rewards.
We'd like to offer our sincerest apology to all our users of the Check-in Exchange, and we'll do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Affected players residing in the countries described above who met the check-in requirements will receive rewards automatically, without the need to submit a report.

* Check-in Approval Standards
- If an abnormal closure of the game is suspected, you will not be able to receive check-in rewards.
- Daily rewards are reset at midnight everyday.
- Game play history will be updated after the game has been closed.
* Coupon Registration Notice
- Delivered game item coupons can be redeemed as follows: Go to STOVE > My Info > Coupon Box > Select Game > Select "Epic Seven", then choose the coupon you want to use from the list, and redeem it by selecting "Use" > Select Character. Then the item will be delivered to your in-game mailbox.
- If you have purchased an indie game coupon among the store items, select Store from STOVE My Info > Coupon Box > Select Game > Store and enter the Coupon code to use the coupon.
* Reward Notice
- Please note that as limited-quantity game prizes may run out early, the STOVE Game Reward may change to a different game without prior notice.
- Flakes awarded as rewards will be added to pre-existing Flakes.
- When an event ends, you will not be able to receive any rewards.
- Consecutive Rewards will not carry over.
- Please note that as limited-quantity prizes may run out early, the Game Voucher may change to a different game without prior notice.
- Flakes are one of STOVE's currencies that can be acquired through various Community activities.
Flakes are distributed for simply being an active part of our Communities, which you can then use freely on STOVE.
