So far, without his matchup into DDR, his kit becomes really backloaded unless you have him very fast or paired with a CD decrease unit like Laia/LRK. I do enjoy him from testing so I don't think he is necessarily bad without his matchup into ddr but definitely feels slightly lackluster outside of that which I'm completely fine with since in his best matchup, he has a huge advantage.
For pve his only use is HoT and Banshee. Since he doesn't have healing he's not good for longer content since he won't provide enough sustain. fixed damage is whatever in the realm of pve as well.
