[issue]PC Client Stop responding when a peripherial is plugged/enabled

Hello!

I discovered a problem:
every time a device is recognized by the system with the game running, it freezes and does not resume.

I tested with:
keyboards, mice, USB microphones,

Sony Dualshock 3 both USB and Bluetooth connections,

Xbox360 Wireless controller and its wireless receiver.

The only exceptions were USB storage devices and Android phones (I don't have any IOS device for testing).

My OS and system specs are:
Windows 11 Pro build 22631.4460;
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X (No overclocking);
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550m H;
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Super 6GB;
RAM: 32GB @3200 Mhz
